Who We Are

When he founded Tom Hammer Construction in 1999, Tom Hammer brought with him an extensive background in retail with The Timberland Company and two decades of experience building, managing, and facilitating construction projects.

As more and more retailers move toward this model, Tom Hammer Construction continues to fill the need for experienced, high quality management.

Kim Parkes

Kiwi hails from the island country New Zealand, and has been building all his life in many different countries. On the island of Japan, his team built Western style homes (duplexes and 4plexes), and trained the Japanese on this framing method, as well. From there, Kiwi acquired more experience at The Regent's Park in the City of Westminster, London building condominiums, homes and a hotel in this Historic Registered Park. While in London he also managed to work on the Heathrow extension parking garage project. With no project being too far away or too big, Kiwi hopped over to Alaska to work on a 1.3 billion dollar ConocoPhillips project named Alpine Field on the North Slope. Kiwi worked on the oil field's infrastructure which included housing pods, equipment hangers, air field for Hercules helicopters, all mechanical structures and pipe line bases. Kiwi is a great asset to our growing team, and has worked with us on many key projects.
